Amy Williams Robinson

Founder & Executive Director, Wisdom & Justice Advocacy Network

Leading with Grace, Advocacy, and Equity

Amy Williams Robinson is a wife, mother, U.S. Army veteran, and lifelong educator devoted to helping families, students, and educators thrive within the school system. With nearly two decades of experience as a teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal, and coordinator of student discipline, prevention, and intervention, Amy has seen firsthand the importance of compassion, collaboration, and culturally relevant teaching.

Throughout her career, she has supported new, novice, and veteran teachers in engaging students with lessons that connect to today’s culture and inspire a sense of purpose and belonging. Her passion for equitable education and restorative practices led her to found the Wisdom & Justice Advocacy Network — a nonprofit organization that empowers families to understand their rights, navigate discipline processes, and advocate for fair educational opportunities.

Guided by her G.R.A.C.E. values — Growth, Restoration, Advocacy, Connection, and Equity — Amy continues to bridge the gap between home and school, ensuring every voice is heard and every student is given a fair chance to succeed.

“Education changes everything when families, educators, and communities work together with purpose and grace.”
